This
website is a demonstration to all Canadians of my experience in our courts
and of the subject of the
Orders & Judgments,
of Court Justices, Justice Ministers, Lawyers and Maintenance Enforcement
officials, working family law courts. These orders
have not been addressed by three Provincial Justice
Ministers and several lawyers in both Alberta, Saskatchewan and Ontario.
My complaints and concerns have been ignored by the Saskatchewan Law
Society, The Alberta Law Society, and the Ombudman representing Alberta.
Some of these
orders have
never surfaced in recent court applications against me, for viewing by Judges
in the Court of Queens Bench or the Ontario Superior Court. Please read
the comments on the respective individuals below, and
their involvement in
my case file.
Some individuals
have recently gone to great lengths
in attempting to prevent me from
enforcing these Court Orders including a Provisional
Order which was issued by Justice I. Goldenberg in Saskatchewan without anyones
knowledge on July
8th. 2004.

Fraud
(Law.com) defined:
" n. the intentional use of deceit, a trick or some dishonest means to deprive
another of his/her/its money, property or a legal right. A party who has lost
something due to fraud is entitled to file a lawsuit for damages against the
party acting fraudulently, and the damages may include punitive damages as a
punishment or public example due to the malicious nature of the fraud."

Obstruction
(Law.com) defined:
"n. an attempt to interfere with the administration of the courts, the judicial
system or law enforcement officers, including threatening witnesses, improper
conversations with jurors, hiding evidence or interfering with an arrest. Such
activity is a crime."

"An agreement between two or more persons
to defraud a person of his rights, by the forms of law, or to obtain
an object forbidden by law."

Dave Hancock - Alberta
Minister of Justice (former)
A friend wrote a letter on my behalf to the Honourable
Ralph Klein about my situation. The reply from his Justice
Minister was of no value.
Perhaps Mr. Hancock should be having dialogue with
the Judges who are residing
and are active in the Court of Queens Bench, Calgary Alberta, and
examine their rulings.

Minister of Justice
Mr. Ron Stevens, Alberta Attorney General and Justice
Minister, continues
to avoid having Alberta Justice involved in the matters illustrated on this
website, even though some of the persons named in this website are of great
interest to those who can and will change the way
Provincial Justice Ministers uphold Federal Law and public
interest. Alberta Justice as well as Saskatchewan Justice have known for
years of the abuses that have taken place inside
Provincial Courts, and have done nothing to correct the situation.

The law firm of Koskie ~ Helms (Regina)
and representing themselves as Mary J. Helms,
is not only attempting to stop my spousal
support payments,
but attempting to collect payments contrary to
the rulings of an Alberta Court Judge (binding JDR). Mr. Quennell was
never my lawyer and someone is in contempt
of the
Court Order posted above (Terrance Dawe), and using
the
courts for an Assessment
of Bill of Costs $3,559.41 ...

Law Group
Mr.
Merchant has not acted on court Orders,
in respect to the Judgment from the Honourable Madame
Justice B.L Rawlins, and he refuses to discuss anything,
including the status of his trust accounts. Please
read the communications between Tony Merchant and Justice B.L. Rawlins

"In Toronto as well as many
other municipalities, you will be jailed for unpaid parking tickets
or
you will see the cashier.
It also appears that some individuals across Canada have much less
regard for the rulings of Court Justice's making Orders and Judgments
involving hundreds of thousands of dollars in cash and property belonging
to Canadians. All this means is that a municipal parking ticket of
50 dollars can be enforced and is non negotiable, but binding Court
Orders involving one’s life savings and estate can be made to disappear."
